Production Management Industries believes that our employees are our greatest assets. We truly believe that there is no service or job so urgent that we cannot take our time to complete the job task in a safe manner.

Through PMI’s Behavioral Based Safety process, (W.A.T.C.H. – Watching All Together Checking Hazards), we identify safe / unsafe acts or conditions within the work environment. From this information, we use the data as leading indicators for improving safe work habits, safe work procedures and increase team efforts for a safer work environment. Included in this BBS process is a tool seldom recognized as a positive one in our industry “STOP WORK AUTHORITY”. PMI’s position--There is no retribution for invoking Stop Work Authority! It’s about doing the right thing, the right way, for the right reasons towards avoiding risk- protecting people, or preserving the environment.

PMI employees exceed the minimum safety standards set by governmental agencies and our customers. Our employees have also completed the specific skill training relevant to their job classification.

OSHA Recordable Incident Rates measures the frequency of accidents and with TRIR of .47, PMI has proven to be a leader in its field. In addition, a company’s Experience Modification Rate measures the severity of a company’s accidents and with an EMR of .66, PMI leads the competition!
