PMI’s Environmental Services Group successfully completed a large environmental project in Metlakatla, Alaska.
Tim Fontenot, Project Manager, out of the Morgan City office thanked his crew for their commitment to the long-term project (in excess of 6 months) on a remote location few PMI employees would ever work. The field crew consisted of Chris Bishop, Mike Detiveaux, David Williams, Jeff Pinkerton, Ray Fonseca, Ronnie Provost, Larry Hutchinson, Joey Fontenot, and Mike Carty, all Louisiana residents. Onsite support staff included Earline Liner (LA resident), and Ala18318ska residents & Metlakatla Indian Council representatives Valerie Gregorioff, Denise Schleusner, Brad Buchanon, John Taylor, Keith Baldov, Tom Lang, Jerry Johnson, Jeff Benson and Wendy Ridley.
Also supporting this project from our office in Morgan City were Jeriann Jabert, Administrative Assistant, Ronald Courville, Operations Manager, and Chuck Greer, General Manager. The multi-million dollar project was recognized through the executive levels of our customer’s organization for being Incident Free (23,856 man-hours by PMI employees), 25% ahead of schedule, and approximately 30% under budget!
This successful project will undoubtedly create new PMI and Superior Energy opportunities for work across the United States.
